Ma BD sera-t-elle dédicacée à mon nom ?

Les BD, édition Classique comme Collector, ne pourront pas être dédicacées (signées).

Néanmoins, nous vous offrons la possibilité de faire figurer votre nom et prénom dans les pages Remerciements de la BD. 

« Vos nom et prénom dans les Pages Remerciements de la BD » qu’est-ce que cela veut dire ?

Cela signifie que vos nom et prénom seront imprimés dans les Pages Remerciements de votre BD. L’édition Classique et l’édition Collector auront chacune leurs propres Pages de remerciements. 

Quel nom apparaîtra dans les Pages Remerciements ?

Vous pouvez renseigner le nom et le prénom qui apparaîtront dans les Pages Remerciements directement depuis la fiche produit.

Comment changer le nom qui apparaîtra dans les Pages Remerciements ?

Pour des raisons techniques, il n’est pas possible de modifier le(s) nom(s) qui apparaîtront dans les remerciements. Merci de votre compréhension. 

Je ne souhaite pas apparaître dans les Pages Remerciements ?

Il suffit de cocher l’option afin de ne pas apparaître dans la liste des remerciements. 

Est-ce que les BD sont en tirage limité ?

Les deux couvertures (version Classique avec un fond bleu et version Collector avec un fond violet) sont exclusivement en vente sur ce site jusqu’au 5 octobre 2023. Après cette date, il ne sera plus possible de trouver ces deux versions de la BD.

Malgré plusieurs tentatives, ma CB ne passe pas, que se passe-t-il ?

Une récente réglementation française sur la sécurité des paiements bancaires appelée DSP 2 rend impossible le paiement via les cartes bancaires qui ne disposent pas des fonctionnalités de sécurité exigées par cette norme, comme le challenge 3D Secure ou la double authentification. Il s’agit ici d’une contrainte réglementaire obligatoire imposée par les autorités bancaires. Nous vous invitons à vous rapprocher de l’organisme bancaire qui a émis votre carte de paiement afin de savoir si celle-ci implémente les fonctionnalités de sécurité conformes à cette réglementation DSP 2. 

MODIFICATION DES COMMANDES ET LIVRAISONS

J’ai fait une erreur dans mon adresse postale/e-mail, comment faire pour la corriger ?

Vous pouvez en faire la demande par email sur sav@lessegpa.fr en nous indiquant votre numéro de commande et l’information à corriger. Précisez en objet de votre mail : « Erreur d’adresse ». 

 Je souhaiterais ajouter ou modifier un article de ma commande, comment faire ?

Vous pouvez en faire la demande par email sur sav@lessegpa.fr en nous indiquant votre numéro de commande. Nous étudierons la faisabilité de cette modification de commande et nous vous communiquerons la procédure à suivre. Précisez en objet de votre mail : « Modification commande ».

Quand recevrai-je ma commande ?

Les commandes seront expédiées à partir de fin novembre 2023. 

Le délai d’acheminement de votre colis dépendra du lieu d’expédition. Un numéro de suivi vous sera communiqué dès que le colis sera remis à notre transporteur. 

Puis-je annuler ma précommande ?

L’annulation d’une précommande est possible jusqu’au 19 octobre 2023, à 23h59. Après cette date, les impressions, les conditionnements et la préparation des colis débuteront. 

« Les produits vendus sur ce site sont actuellement disponibles sur précommande », qu’est-ce que cela veut dire ?

Les commandes passées ne seront pas expédiées tant que le produit n’aura pas été disponible en stock.

Pour toutes les commandes effectuées avant le 5 octobre 2023, la réception du colis s’effectuera à partir de fin novembre 2023.

Où livrez-vous ?

Nous livrons partout dans le monde. Un mail de confirmation avec votre numéro de suivi vous sera envoyé lors de l’expédition de votre colis. 

Qui prend en charge les frais de douane ?

Si des frais de douane interviennent lors de la livraison de votre colis, notez qu’ils seront à votre charge. 

Comment opérer un retour éventuel ?

Sur lessegpa.fr, nous vous offrons la possibilité d’exercer votre droit de rétractation dans un délai de 15 jours à compter de la réception des produits. Ensuite, vous disposez d’un autre délai de 15 jours à compter de la communication de votre décision de rétractation pour nous renvoyer le ou les produits concernés. 

Toute demande de retour ou échange doit être signalée via notre formulaire de contact. Vous devez joindre à votre demande le numéro de commande concernée par le retour. 

En cas d’exercice du droit de rétractation, seuls le prix du ou des produits achetés et les frais d’envoi seront remboursés, les frais de retour restant à votre charge. 

Les retours sont à effectuer dans leur état d’origine et complets (emballage) permettant leur recommercialisation à l’état neuf. En cas de dépréciation du produit, votre responsabilité peut être engagée. Nous pourrons déduire un montant allant jusqu’à la valeur intégrale de l’article, en fonction de la dévalorisation que votre traitement du produit aura engendrée. 

Nous vous conseillons de choisir un mode de transport avec numéro de suivi. Sans numéro de suivi, nous n’accepterons aucune réclamation. Par ailleurs, les colis pour lesquels l’identification du client (nom, prénom, adresse, numéro de commande) ne sera pas possible seront refusés.
